We have increasingly been experiencing the thought and feeling that “There are things that are unbalanced or missing in my life…”. We will be addressing our well-being in a warm group conversation in order to understand this feeling more deeply and search for the ways to improve it;
What is well-being? What are my thoughts and feelings about my Physical / Emotional / Mental well-being? What do I need to improve to maximize my well-being? What might my possibilities and action plans be? Accompanied with questions like above, we will witness different definitions and wants of each other while talking about ourselves and listening to others. Our concept of well-being will be more clear and its importance in our lives will be more meaningful.
