The founder of RNA Change Management, Rana Ozseker, was graduated from Saint Benoit French College and Bosphorus University Faculty of Business Administration. She has first started her career in Pricewaterhouse (PwC) as Auditing Assistant.
She worked for Procter & Gamble Turkey as Accounting Manager and for Procter & Gamble Caucasian & Central Asian Inc. as Finance Manager. She then worked for Perfetti Turkey as Finance and Administrative Manager, for SDV Turquie as Finance and Administration Director, for Ingersoll Rand Turkey as F&A Director and for Allied Domecq (PernaudRicard) Turkey as Finance & Human Resources Director. Ozseker is one the few ACC (Associate Certified Coach) in Turkey.
She has her coaching training from one of the most reputable companies, Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She also got team coaching certificate from Team Coaching International (TCI). She is currently in the certification process with SUN (Success Unlimited Network) which is an accredited training program by ICF. Ozseker is working as an executive coach by combining her trainings with her experience as a C level executive.
Rana Ozseker is also the first image and communication coach of Turkey. She had her image and communication training in Conselle Institute of Image Management (USA) and color training in First Impressions (UK). Ozseker believes the integrated use of coaching, training and consulting to get better results.
Rana Özşeker is a member of International Coach Federation (ICF), Association of Professional Consultants (Proder), Association of Image Consultants International (AICI). She teaches ‘Perception Management & HR’ in Bahçeşehir University & Bilgi University.
