After completing her studies in traditional arts and public relations, Hande started her career in the sales sector, developing her experience in team communication, team motivation, sales and marketing. Along the way, she felt it was time to strike out on her own and follow her entrepreneurial spirit, establishing her own business in the medical sector.
Leveraging her strong communication skills and leadership qualities, she built accomplished teams with whom she’s enjoyed a huge amount of success. Throughout her life, Hande has always had a passion for ceramics. She sees the power of change and flexibility expressed through the art of ceramics, and these have been guiding principles for her and her family.
Her belief in lifelong education, development and change brought her into contact with RNA Change Management in 2018, and since then, Hande has served as RNA Change Management Academy Coordinator, supporting organizations and individuals to plan their training and development processes.
