Rana Özşeker

RNA Change Management founder Zeynep Rana Özşeker was educated at Saint Benoit High School, then completed her undergraduate degree in Business Administrations at Boğaziçi University. She began her career as an Assistant Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers, then held Treasurer roles at Procter & Gamble and Kafkasya-Orta Asya Cumhuriyetleri, next becoming Director of Administrative Affairs at Perfetti. Rana has also held senior management positions at SDV Horoz, Ingersoll Rand Turkey and Allied Domecq.

Rana holds team and individual coaching qualifications from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), Success Unlimited Network (SUN), and Team Coaching International (TCI). She also holds qualifications in perception, image and communications from Conselle Institute of Image Management (USA) and First Impressions (UK), as well as Change Management certification from the Association for Talent Development (ATD). She has taught masters classes at both Bahçeşehir and Bilgi Universities.  

Rana believes that a strong female presence in the business world is key to a prosperous future and has mentored entrepreneurs and managers in associations such as the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, European Bank for Reconstruction & Development, Turkish Women International Network and the Professional Women Network.

In 2015, Rana conducted a comprehensive study on the cultural and economic barriers faced by young women and girls in Turkey, and prepared a report for the G20 summit as part of its ‘G(irls)20’ initiative. She continues to mentor and advise startups and entrepreneurs across different platforms, and is an Executive Board Member and investor in the Arya Women's Investment Platform.

 

Mehmet Özşeker

Mehmet was educated at Istanbul High School and completed his undergraduate degree in Business Administrations at Boğaziçi University. He began his professional career as an Assistant Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and later moved into Team Leader and Audit Manager roles at the company. He has also held senior management positions at Halk Sigorta and Alfa Menkul Değerler, and served as CEO of Electra Turkey. Mehmet is a founding partner of RNA Change Management, and serves as a management consultant at the company. He has been a Certified Public Accountant and Financial Advisor since 1994 and an Accounting Specialist since 1995.

Mehmet specialises in enterprise establishment, strategic planning, and systems implementation, and has a passion for photography, travel and cultural exploration.

 Mehmet is able to blend his experience as a senior manager with his extensive training to provide consultancy to entrepreneurs and companies aiming to enter the Turkish market. 

Gülden Döğerli

After completing her undergraduate and graduate studies in Textile Engineering at Istanbul Technical University, Gülden began her career as a planning and customer representative in the textile industry.

Between 1996 and 2001, she worked at Yatırım Bankası as a technical expert assessing medium- and long-term investment projects. Between 2007 and 2010, she relocated with her partner to Germany, where she enjoyed the challenging yet enriching experience of learning a new language, appreciating a different culture, and forging a new life. While there, she served at leading fashion house Hugo Boss as a planning officer.

Returning to Istanbul in 2010, Gülden has consulted on a range of topics for RNA Change Management, including ‘Changing Cultures and Habits’, ‘Changing Lives Over Time’ and ‘Big Changes in a Homogenising World’. She is now the Expat Project Coordinator and works with expats and their families, designing workshops to help them navigate social life in unfamiliar territory. Gelişlerdeki Büyük Değişimler üzerine danışmanlık yapmakta, özellikle Expat (Expatriate-Yabancı Ülkede çalışan ve Yaşayan Kişilere) ve Expat ailelerine yönelik sosyal yaşam deneyimi konularında atölye çalışmaları tasarlamakta, Expat Proje Koordinatörü olarak çalışmalarına devam etmektedir.

 

Hande Aksu

After completing her studies in traditional arts and public relations, Hande started her career in the sales sector, developing her experience in team communication, team motivation, sales and marketing. On the back of this experience, she felt it was time to strike out on her own and follow her entrepreneurial spirit, establishing her own business in the medical sector. Leveraging her strong communication skills and leadership qualities, she built accomplished teams with whom she’s enjoyed a huge amount of success. Throughout her life, Hande has always had a passion for ceramics. She sees the power of change and flexibility expressed through the art of ceramics, and these have been guiding principles for her and her family. Her belief in lifelong education, development and change brought her into contact with RNA Change Management in 2018, and since then, Hande has served as RNA Change Management Training Coordinator, supporting institutions and individuals to plan their training processes.
