After completing her undergraduate and graduate studies in Textile Engineering at Istanbul Technical University, Gülden began her career as a planning and customer representative in the textile industry.

After completing her undergraduate and graduate studies in Textile Engineering at Istanbul Technical University, Gülden began her career as a planning and customer representative in the textile industry.

Returning to Istanbul in 2010, Gülden has started to work in for RNA Change Management on a range of topics, including ‘Changing Cultures and Habits’, ‘Changing Lives Over Time’ and ‘Big Changes in a Global World’. She works with expats and their families, designing workshops to help them navigate social life in unfamiliar territory as well as helping with the diverse and inclusive culture creation in organizations.
