Rana Özşeker

Founder of RNA Change Management | Founding President of ACMP Turkey

The founder of RNA Change Management, Rana Ozseker is a change management lead. She teaches, coaches, mentors, advises and leads people side of the change management for 20 years. She designs and executes cultural change & transformation projects in organizations. Her clients consists of multinational companies like Daimler-Mercedes, Siemens, QNB, BASF,HP, Vodafone and many more… She is passionate about building a sustainability culture in corporations all around the world. Social sustainability project especially diversity equity, inclusion & belonging projects are her favorites. Rana also like to work with social ventures in integrating profit, purpose and impact in their business and revenue models with the help of her experiences as CFO in companies like P&G, Ingersoll Rand, Allied Domecq (now Pernaud Ricard) for more than 10 years.

She is a member of the Arya Women Investment Platform’s Board of Director, EU Tech Chamber Women in Tech Commission, Cameroon based Denis Miki Foundation. She is the Founding President of ACMP Turkey. Rana is the creator of the EPAC© framework and R2I© organizational change model. She is the trainer of the certification program accredited by ACMP Global and is accepted as a quality education partner.

Rana Ozşeker is graduated from Bogazici University Faculty of Business Administration(in English) after completing Lycee Saint Benoit (established by the French government in Istanbul). She has her coaching training from Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and SUN (Success Unlimited Network) both program being accredited by ICF. She also got team coaching certificate from Team Coaching International (TCI), Organizational Relationship and Systems Coaching (ORSC) training from CRR and Agile Coach certification from Agile Affinity (UK). Conselle Institute of Image Management (USA) ve First Impressions (UK) are the corporations she got her perception, image and communication certification. Ozseker is certified by Association for Talent Development (ATD) as Change Management Professional. She also holds Prosci certification.

As an investor herself, Ozseker mentors the entrepreneurs & startups in various incubation and acceleration centers in designing their strategy to be parallel with the continuous change in business, society and individual life.
