After graduating from Private Avcılar Science and Project High School, Nefise, started Istanbul University - Cerrahpaşa Guidance and Psychological Counseling Department, and she continues as a senior student at the university.

Lise yıllarında, Junior Achievement 3X Şirket Projesi kapsamında Vitalia Genç Başarı Şirketinde Pazarlama Müdürü olarak yer aldı. 2018 yılında, TEDxAvcılarOkyanusCollege organizasyonunda gönüllü olarak görev aldı ve  2020 yılında ise kendi TEDx lisansını almaya hak kazandı.

In the first year of her undergraduate life, she worked as a Volunteer Intern at Başakşehir Individual Private Education Course. She took part in the psiclub Psychology Club as a university representative for one year. She took part in the organization of various workshops, trainings and summits as the Academic Event and Workshop Coordinator in the board of directors of the IUC Psychological Counseling and Guidance Club. She still takes an active part in the management of the club. As part of her undergraduate education,. She completed her Short Term Solution Focused Therapy theoretical training from Assoc. Dr. Ayşe Esra İşmen Gazioğlu.

She is currently an Intern at RNA Change Management as content supporter.
